Scorpion Exo Covert FX light tint fix.

Myself and some others I have seen with this helmet love the helmet but very disappointed with the visor selection specially because of the tint level allowing even mirror visors view right into the helmet and the sun to just absolutely blast you like you’re wearing a clear when sun is directly at you.

After some research and testing of a few options I found myself a solution I just wanted to share with others and may work for whatever other helmet also comes with this “issue”.

This stick on insert is smoked and tints the visor further. No issue with added glare, anti fog seems to be excellent but not cold enough to really give it a GOOD test. The tint fit is about perfect on these visors and the extra tint is excellent for direct sunlight visibility as well as others not being able to see into the helmet.

The pic is facing directly at the sun and you can not see inside even a little bit.

Addition: if you do go this route try to get alignment perfect on the first stick. Some of the adhesive likes to come off (not a lot, and still sealed solid) if you have to peel and restick.
