Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with travel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
• GDS Navigation: Utilize Global Distribution Systems to manage complex travel itineraries, flight changes, and ticketing efficiently.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues, rebook schedules, and troubleshoot travel-related challenges in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
• Service Quality: Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate travel information and adhering to client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 24 months (2 years) of GDS experience
• Education: High School or Senior High School Graduate
