First time having a problem here with my digital bank, and I have to say Maya’s Chat support is completely USELESS. No sense of help at all.
So what happened was, I was suppose to bank transfer 3.4k into my GoTyme account, but instead of using my account number, I used my registered phone number. (which I also use to all of my digital bank accounts as well) AFAIK, account number has more digits e, but still when I checked the transaction, it says “completed.” So I thought maybe it transferred that’s why I checked my GoTyme naman to see if it did… it did not. I tried filing a complaint sa BSP, medyo nag lalag si robochat.
I really need urgent help. I did some research naman, like contacting them through their email so and so, but in my case kasi I don’t really think I sent my complaint to the right email. See pictures nalang for more details. If anyone could help me with more information on how to contact and file a complaint (Yes I could wait for weeks) Thank you in advance.
