I haven’t played ranked since season 7 but am going back to it with a friend who is relatively new to the game. Who are the meta heroes this season and what comp is best? I know poke is strong right now but have no idea who specifically is best and whether triple support is still good.

Are the colon (:) symbols not repeat marks? Every recording I listen to of the piece has no repeats in it.
