Hi! I know absolutely nothing about vintage electronics, this little guy came out of an old cabinet tv (60s ish) just wondering if anyone knows what exactly it is and if it's potentially hazardous? There are wires inside that I assume are supposed to come out of the hole on the top but someone (not me) has clipped them. Thanks!
