You have a 9 hour layover in Athens — how do you spend it?

I have a 12-hour layover (so realistically, 8-9 hours free between entry and post-entry from the airport…) in Athens. I’ve been to Greece and Athens before but my friend has not. How would you spend it? We arrive at 11 am and do not depart until 11:30 pm. We are Orthodox Christians (Ukrainian) from the diaspora and would be interested in Church sites.

Thank you!

I’m born and raised in Minnesota from the Twin Cities. I’m curious what life is like as a Minnesotan outside of the cities (which is itself vast and diverse!)

What is something you wish people in the cities knew about life in Greater Minnesota or the area of Minnesota you are from?

Good Evening! Christ is Risen!

I'm a young man in my 20s -- born and raised Ukrainian Orthodox, and hoping to visit a Monastery for an overnight stay. Does anyone have any recommendations (anywhere in the USA would be okay) for this? I would either be solo or with 1 or 2 other friends (also Male), and we are okay staying at either Men's or Women's monasteries.

Thanks!
