Help! When I prechart on a patient and they no show or cancel, my notes aren’t disappearing after 30 days. Somehow I’m creating an active encounter but I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
How did you get over the reality that you won’t be having your ideal age gap? Always wanted my babies to be close in age (I.e. 18 months) but with this failed cycle, they’ll be at least two years apart and I am absolutely crushed.
Any one else’s bbt super wonky on letrozole?
Currently on my first cycle with letrozole (cd24) and have yet to see consistent rise in bbt. Typically I am at least +0.7 post ovulation but this cycle I’ve been all over the place from -0.7 to +0.5. Was feeling so hopeful but now I’m just confused
UPDATE: did not ovulate yet. Progesterone level on CD25 was 0.7
Currently TTC baby #2 and feeling lost. For first baby, we had success after prednisone (high DHEAS) for three months and one round of letrozole. For that round, I had a clear LH spike on cd14 and ovulation pain.
My DHEAS was normal this time so just doing letrozole. Took letrozole on cd5-9 and haven’t had any clear signs of ovulation, now cd22. I’ve been testing every 24hrs, with no clear LH spike. No cervical mucus changes. I have had some cramping and my bbt has been slightly high (0 to +0.4) for the past 5 days., but normally I am > +0.8 after ovulation. Plan to go next week for progesterone lab but feeling so confused.
