I have a staff in accounting department and nagsubmit sya ng resignation. And ako naman very supportive like "sure why not, its for your own growth naman" then i gave her 30 days as per company policy since madami din talaga need iturnover. She agreed. Then few days later bigla bigla magsasabing she needs to start na sa new company next week? That's like 10 days palang even less than minimum rendering date which is (15) days. I told her no di ka pwedeng basta basta umalis without proper turnover especially yung mga cash disbursements mo di pa tapos then I said tell your new employer na need mo pa magturnover ill cut your rendering to 15 days nalang if you want. Then she agreed. Then before uwian sabi nya ileave nalang daw nya yung remaining days. Like shookt ako besh. I know its legal naman pero we accepted you properly from the start. Please resign properly din naman sana.
