I bought this string of hearts about 3 months ago and it has made blooms?? How long can these guys get? And does it look etiolated?

I have this monstera deliciosa and since i gave it a moss pole, it exploded with growth. Since the new stem, petiole and sheath is MASSIVE i wanted to ask if bigger leaf sheaths equals bigger next leaf? The newest leaf sheath is legit over 15 cm long, about half of the entire petiole.

Also how do i prevent the stem zigzaging across the moss pole xd

The stems are getting red, have this plant for about 2 months now and has since then made 3 new leaves
