If you could pick based on bike/best deal, which would you go for?

I'm back (previously asked about private sale CB300R). I have compiled a list of potential bikes. Assume that I like the feel of each of these but have minimal experience with them. Which would you say is the best deal, or are there any bad deals here?

Top bikes would have additional dealership fees (dealer said I could get out the door with the red speed 400 under $4500.

This would theoretically be my first bike purchase. Super excited, but taking my time to make up my mind.

Should I buy CB300R?

Long story short:
2025 CB300R, yellow, 102 miles, $4500 but willing to take offers. To free up space in their garage…

Should I go for it?
