Looking for a Minecraft Developer and Project Manager

I'm looking for two experienced and dedicated people to join a new Minecraft server project that will be built from scratch.

1. Minecraft Developer

  • Build and configure the entire Minecraft server from scratch.
  • Experience with custom plugins, resource packs, textures, and unique gameplay systems.
  • Ability to create a professional, optimized, and high-quality Minecraft server.
  • Must provide a portfolio of previous projects.

2. Minecraft Server Manager

  • Manage the in-game operations, staff, community, and overall server activity.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain players.
  • Experience with server promotion, content creators, streamers, social media, and community growth.
  • Must have previous experience and proven results.
  • Must provide a portfolio or examples of successfully managed or promoted projects.

Partnership & Revenue Share

This is a long-term partnership, not a paid position with a fixed salary.

I will handle the financial side of the project, including the necessary investments and expenses.

The developer, manager, and I will each have clearly defined responsibilities and receive an agreed percentage of the server's revenue/profits.

I'm looking for people who are willing to invest their time, skills, and experience into building a successful Minecraft server together.

If you're interested, send me a private message with your portfolio, previous experience, and examples of your work.

Please only contact me if you have relevant experience and are genuinely interested in a revenue-sharing partnership.

Looking for help with the right mods/setup for a Minecraft 100 Days Hardcore video

Hi everyone!

I’m planning to start a Minecraft “100 Days Hardcore” video project, and before I begin recording, I want to make sure I have the right setup.

I’m looking for someone who knows exactly what mods, tools, and settings are usually needed for this type of content.

I mainly need help with things like:

  • what mods I should install for a 100 Days Hardcore video
  • what version of Minecraft would be best to use
  • whether I should use Fabric, Forge, or another setup
  • performance/optimization mods
  • shaders or visual mods, if recommended
  • Replay Mod setup and how to record/use cinematic shots properly
  • any quality-of-life mods that would help with recording
  • settings that make the gameplay look better for YouTube
  • anything I should avoid so the world stays stable and doesn’t break during recording

The goal is to record long-form Minecraft Hardcore gameplay and later turn it into an engaging 100 Days style video, so I want to set everything up correctly from the beginning.

If you have experience with Minecraft content creation, Replay Mod, or 100 Days Hardcore videos, I’d really appreciate your advice.

Thanks!

Looking for a Minecraft 100 Days Hardcore video editor / long-term partner

Hi everyone!

I’m planning to start making Minecraft “100 Days Hardcore” videos and I’m trying to figure out the best way to find someone who could help with the editing side of the project.

The idea would be to record the gameplay, handle the concept, voice-over, and overall direction myself, while working with someone who understands Minecraft content and can help with pacing, storytelling, funny moments, subtitles, sound effects, Replay Mod cinematics, and possibly thumbnails.

I’m especially interested in making the videos engaging and naturally funny, not just simple gameplay cuts. English is not my first language, but I can speak it pretty well. I still make mistakes sometimes or have funny moments while speaking, and I feel like that could actually become part of the charm of the videos if edited properly.

For people who have worked on similar content before: what would be the best way to find a reliable editor or long-term creative partner for this type of Minecraft content?

Would a fixed payment per video be better, or could a revenue-share partnership work if both sides agree on the percentages before starting?

Any advice from creators, editors, or people who have worked on Minecraft YouTube content would be appreciated.

Thanks!
