Founding Team — Deferred Compensation Notice
We are building a technology company focused on developing ambitious products and ecosystems for the future.
Compensation Model
At the current early stage, the company may not have sufficient revenue or funding to provide regular salaries.
Team members joining under this arrangement agree that:
- Compensation will be deferred while the company has no available revenue or funding for salaries.
- Once the company begins generating revenue, receives funding, or otherwise has sufficient funds, compensation will begin according to the agreed terms.
- The exact salary, payment schedule, responsibilities, and any potential equity or profit-sharing arrangement will be agreed upon in writing before the person joins.
- Any legally required minimum wages, benefits, taxes, or other employment protections will still apply.
- Working on the project does not automatically guarantee future profits, equity, or a specific amount of compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.
