Black Knight Weapons

I got all the black knight weapons in one playthrough. I know, I wasn't expecting it either. I'm just getting to the tomb of the giants and when the axe dropped in the catacombs I was like you've got to be kidding me..

I'm currently at 27 str, 18 dex, 35 vit and 35 end (planning to go to 40), wearing as much heavy stuff as possible while still maintaining that sweet light roll. I also got the mask of the father, rocking havels ring and FAP. And I farmed a silver knight shield to use when I feel like it

My question: where should I pump the rest of my levels as I ride off into the sunset with my black knight arsenal? I don't think I need any more vit (and probably should have stopped at 30), but I do think I want that 40 end. Then what? I could go strength which would help for one-handing, incl the black knight sword which is what I use with the shield currently. Or I leave it at 27 since that's 40 while two-handing and pump dex for the damage scaling I can get from that? Though these weapons all scale better with strength anyway..

What would you spend your points on from here? My goal now is just to switch between the black knight weapons based on my mood, since clearly I don't need anything else.

Painted World Question

I entered the painted world of ariamis but I forgot about the toxic boys. I'm playing a melee build with only one pyromancy - power within. I didn't bring nearly enough blooming moss. What should my strategy be for getting through this with my sanity in tact?

Currently SL45, so entered right as I got to the painting (before O&S). I did farm the black knight halberd to start this run, so I've got that going for me which is nice. That's why I haven't learned any other pyromancies or invested anything into spells.. this is my BKH run and so far it's been awesome. I also have a black knight sword and the baemore I switch between when I want to use a shield. Maybe the spider shield will be clutch for this? Or maybe I'll be fine just hitting them from max range and rolling away?

Honestly I'm mostly making this post because I'm thinking about what I'm gonna do when I get to play later tonight. This game rules.

YouTube is bad for your kids and it's bad for you, too

I was flamed a few minutes ago for making a comment about how YouTube is brainrot. So now I'm doubling down on that by making a whole post about it. YouTube is horrible for you and for your children and you should avoid it. It's specifically designed to prey on your attention span and has a documented effect of shortening it, especially in children.

Not to mention the algorithm's recommendations which can be honestly appalling. Why watch YouTube when you can watch literally anything else instead?

Don't believe me? Here are some resources to read:

https://www.thechildrensmediafoundation.org/archives/16662/preschoolers-and-youtube-kids-what-do-they-watch-and-what-are-the-concerns

https://www.movieguide.org/news-articles/is-youtube-worse-for-our-children-than-tv.html

Now bring on the downvotes because this is reddit and y'all love you some YouTube! But if this gets through to just ONE parent, I've helped a child not become another statistic.

Peeing at night

I'm sure this has probably been brought up here before, but every evening I chill with my ice cold water and drink way too much of it. Then I'm up at night peeing! Usually more than once! I have tried to front-load my water intake so that it's not so late in the day, but in the evening when I'm chilling it's so easy to drink so much water. Especially if I had anything salty to eat for dinner, then I'm absolutely craving it.

How do y'all deal with the other end of the hydration cycle?

What's the best weapon in Elden Ring and why is it Great Stars?

Every time I try to use something else, I end up coming back to this. If I get stuck, it is the master key that unlocks any level. You can use one, two, ashes, jump attacks, infuse it however you want, buff it, tickle it, sit on it.. whatever situation you're in, this weapon is perfect for that.

I often want to play with something else. I try. I really do. Then I die once or twice and switch to this and breeze through the level.
