Shoe size for toddler

Hey, I want to buy my babies their first shoes, they are 15 months old and have been giving their first steps barefoot, so it's time to get them their first shoes but I'm not sure what size to buy. They are kind of 4.8 inches so should I buy them a 5?, or at this age their feet will grow up quickly so I should better buy them a 5.5 or even 6 instead? This clueless mom will appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Using money to replace appliances on remodeling home?

We are new homeowners and we have just learn the lesson of closing the water valve if we leave on vacations

We came back after two weeks vacations and found out the kitchen partially flooded as the fridge water line cracked, we don't know for how long the water was coming out but it flooded the kitchen, the pantry, and the water seeped into the basement through the kitchen floor. Other two rooms next to the kitchen were slightly affected.

We already called a water remediation service, they put a lot of dehumidifiers and fans, they said there was no need to remove the subfloor, just replace the floor and some cabinets. We call the insurance as soon as possible, they opened a claim, but after getting some estimations we weren't sure of using the insurance as our deductible is $4500 and it seemed the water damage remediation and all repairs would be near that amount, so we were thinking pay out of pocket. We tought we could close the claim but the adjuster said we will be penalized anyway as they will be paying the water remediation service.

We just got the estimation of repairs from the adjuster for around $6500 and a check for the difference, but when looking at the detail they are considering we need to replace the fridge, oven and dishwasher however they all are working fine. I wanted to make some remodeling at home, could i use the money on that instead or do I really need to replace the appliances?

Showing top X in a matrix doesn't work when I add more columns

I'm trying to show a top X of customers, X is coming from a what if parameter, by orders amount, I was able to create the rank using rankx at the customerId level which I'm using as a filter for the matrix, so if I show only the customer ID the dax works, but if I try to add more customer details like name, address, age the dax fails

Other's party insurance denies liability and my insurance can't recover my deductible

Good morning, I'm appal at the fact that my insurance couldn't recover my deductible. I got video evidence from a ODT camera, I submitted it to the police who wrote the report, he agree with me the other party was at fault and updated his report. My insurance supposedly used the video and report for the subrogation process and just now told me the other party is denying liability and can't recover my deductible.

They asked me if I had more evidence, I don't know what else do they want. Please help, what are my options? is it time for a lawyer? could you suggest one? Thank you

Car seat

I'm almost about to buy the Evenflo 360 slim for my twins. We have a Toyota Highlander with the second row bench style. We will be using the third row quite often when my parents come to visit us during summer, Is there anything I should be warned about, is it a good choice? I think I just need some reassurance about my choice 😅

Does any of you uses Blackbaud?

hey, does any of you uses Blackbaud? Do you have the F64 license or how are you using it?

We would like to embed the reports in Blackbaud and also have apps to be shared through Teams but it seems we need the F64 license which is very expensive. We were told that we could use a F2 capacity to embed the reports but we just test it and still requested the user to login, so I'm not sure if we are missing any set up

Reporting solution for non profit

In my organization we're using Blackbaud CRM and were thinking on moving our reports from Microsoft Reporting Services to Power BI. At first we're told we could use a F2 capacity to embed the report in Blackbaud, we just do a test and it seems the user still need to have a Power BI license and the only way to get Power BI free license users to view the reports is having a F64 license, which is extremely expensive for us, we could consider it but first we'll like to know if there's any other alternative

So, if any of you is using Blackbaud... how are you managing your reporting solution, is there any other tool you are using?

360 car seat easy to remove

Hey, I'm thinking on getting new car seats for my twins, one of them is already very uncomfortable on his current car seat. I like the 360 ones, not sure which one yet, but our car has three rows and sometimes when my parents come to visit my mom rides on the third row, so is any of the 360 car seats easy to remove and put back?
