i got a new cookbook last week (Plantyou Quickies by Carleigh Bodrug) and the dill broccoli soup immediately caught my eye, as i always have a massive bag of broccoli florets in the freezer. made this for dinner tonight and served with warm bread - it was delicious!
Blissful Burgers was insanely good! this was my first time checking the place out. i got a single cheeseburger, my boyfriend got a double, and we shared the Blissful Fries (vegan cheese, grilled onions, and their house Bliss sauce atop fries). we showed up right as they opened and during the ~40 mins we were there, we saw them serve maybe 8 or 9 customers, so i'm glad this place is getting a lot of love! highly recommend - i'll be going back next time i'm in the area.
ETA: they also had an option to swap a vegan patty for a portobello mushroom patty and option to swap for a GF bun.
there are little slushy skin-on pickle chunks mixed in and swirls of chamoy running through the ice cream. there's the sweetness of the chamoy and the sourness of the pickles, but none of the sickening bread and butter sweetness that some sour pickle flavored items end up having. i'm pretty impressed with it!
