I picked up my new Duster extreme hybrid on Thursday (absolutely love it!). All has been great so far but on Saturday evening the hands free lock noise changed by itself from a water droplet type noise to a beep. I’ve absolutely scoured the settings to see where I can change it (I actually don’t mind the updated one) and I cannot find anywhere to change it. It’s driving me absolutely insane. Can anyone let me know if I’m a) going insane b) stupid and just can’t find it c) it’s somehow changed by itself due to another setting or d) I have no way of updating it

Please someone help so I don’t have to spend another 20 minutes scouring every possible menu 😂

Had my G735 headset for just under 2 years. It recently started experiencing intermittent charging issues, with last week the charging port becoming very hot and emitting a burning plastic smell. Now it flashes red when the charger is plugged and I’m afraid it will catch on fire so cannot charge it.

I contacted support a week ago and have heard nothing. I am in warranty for another few weeks and desperate to get this sorted before I go on a trip next week. I’ve contacted live chat a further 2 times and although the agents were very nice all they could do was just confirm it has been escalated. Any advice for getting sorted quickly?
