I m FTM, LO is 21 days old. I have painful nipples n it hurts even when i m not nursing. I also pump milk and its not from engorged breasts. I also donot have cracked nipple plus i am using nipcare. No help on paining seen. Kindly advise 😭
33F, husband 35M, will be having our first kid this month. Both of us works at corporate and have employer insurance. Also my husband has 50L HSBC health cover but not sure hows it gonna work as-they told once the cover from employer is used then this gonna activate. We are not too dependent on that as he only pays like 2-3K/year for that extra cover.
Both are fit and fine with minor fatty liver appearance which we are actively working on.
I would like to choose a health insurance provider who has better claim ratio, trustable, less co-pay, PED benefits, and anything which is worth noting/covering.
I did see other posts on recommendations on ditto or PB for best fit analysis but i am more interested in knowing the answers or experience from the other Redditor’s here!
I am also aware all the insurance companies has their own pros and cons and no one insurance fits best for all. So i want to listen from folks and their claim experience. Then i can zero down the probability.

I am 36W pregnant and have scheduled C-Sec in second week of September. I am looking for PT recommendations. I aim to go consult post my 6W PP but having things planned keeps me calm bcs i will be FTM n i don’t know what it would be once we have our LO.
