Hi! Does anyone have any info or experiences living in The Howard at 1805 N. Howard?
I have plans to tour and it looks like it's a short walk into Fishtown and NoLibs but chat says it's "in a transitional phase and safety varies block to block"
Any insights or info would be appreciated!
I am moving to Philly from the suburbs and wanted to know if anyone has experience with these buildings owned by Brandywine ?
Every time I find a unit I like it’s either in an unsafe area or they have horrible Google reviews. I know most people only write reviews about negative experiences (myself included lol) but I was hoping someone has lived in these buildings and can give feedback (good or bad )

Has anyone experienced flaking around their eye brows ?
I dont use tret anywhere near the eyes but for the last few weeks one of my eyelids has been irritated and then today I took a pic and the brow was very dry and flakey. Chat says it’s some kind of dermatitis which I’ve never had before.
