Does it with the TV on or off. Unplugging "fixed" it a month or so ago but it's back and nothing is fixing it now (reset, cables etc)

Just noticed this text on my US based Android tablet I use for my ELOGS (Truck Driver). 3 yrs never had a problem. Just a fluke?

Date and time puts me around Fresno California when it was sent.

Any clue? Something I should look at? Google says the 763 is for international roaming.

Edit: seems to be a long existing bug. 156 where it came from is the international short code

Guess I haven't been privy to this until last week. I rarely park at truck stops so I hadn't really paid attention.

2 places (small independents) I've parked off and on over the last 20 yrs. Thought they were oddly empty late at night. Pull in thinking I hit the jackpot then see these signs EVERYWHERE.

So if you pull in somewhere and it's oddly empty, start looking for the signs 🤦🏻‍♂️
