2010 and just hitting this...

So we picked up a 2010 Lancer Sportback GTS with the Xenon HID headlights about a month ago. Replaced those lenses today. So while the housing were out I upgraded the remaining bulbs to LEDs. The DRL lights were chrome burned and the filament was out completely one one. Replaced with simple 1156 LEDs. They won't turn on. Swapped with a known working relay and metered the fuses for lights. Everything seems ok. Thoughts on why these won't turn on?

So this afternoon driving through one of the little Podunk towns around my city, I ran over a steel plate left by the municipality. I instantaneously punctured my tire and dented the original aluminum rim. If anyone in the West Texas area happens to have one of these OE rims, if you could please message me, I would really like to talk about purchasing from you.
