Help a sad calathea out

Hi all, I’m in dire need of some help with my calatheas. They were thriving all summer and as soon as autumn hit they started to decline. Every week another leaf turns yellow or crisps up. Ive switched to filtered water and introduced a humidifier but still haven’t seen any improvement at all. I’m a a loss what to do. They currently sit under a grow light out of direct sunlight. Soil has a good mix of perlite and orchard bark as well. The pots have drainage and I never let them sit in water. The first two photos are currently and the last two in the summer 😢💔

Thieving calatheas suddenly struggling

Hi all, after some advice on what’s going on with my beautiful calatheas. They were thriving less than three weeks ago (shown in the last two photos) and just turned for the worse. I am in Australia so it’s coming into winter literally tomorrow but otherwise nothing has changed. They don’t get full sun I just moved them for a photo. Normally indirect light under a grow light and watered as needed. I have been using tap water since I got them but hasn’t looked this bad before. Tips to fix or is this normal cycling? Purchased about a year ago

How likely will my Thai con recover

Hi all, got this lovely Thai on clearance about two months ago. Let it adjust for a month then decided to change the soil as it was drying out in a day. All seemed good for two weeks, a new leaf started to emerge but then I noticed yellowing in the bottom leaves. Took the plant out and roots were rotted big time. I removed the rot, rinsed and repotted in fresh soil. There’s not much of a root system left. I know plants can go into shock but I’m so upset at how floppy it is today ): it’s only been three days but I’m stressing. What can I do to give this the best chance of survival 🙏🏼 it’s currently sitting right by the window and hasn’t had a water yet.

I posted when I bought this beautiful Thai on clearance. The soil was so dry it would need a water again not even the next day. Two weeks ago I changed the soil over. Last few days I noticed some yellow leaves. Took it out and it’s all rot :( I cleaned it all up and repotted in fresh much more aerated soil but I’m super nervous. When do I water this next? Do I wait for the soil to completely dry out again until it’s bone dry? Ive never dealt with root rot before so unsure of the plan. It’s already lost 3 lower leaves
