Hello, everyone!

Looking to get some advice from my fellow skaters. I am relatively new to hockey, but I’m starting to get better (scoring goals, playing good defense, skating better, etc.).

I recently got invited to join a pretty decent group for a weekly pick up game.

The organizer said to bring one light and one dark jersey each week.

Would it be tacky/annoying if I bought a pair of cheap custom jerseys and got my name/number on them?

I missed out on playing hockey my whole life and feel like it would be cool to have a set of ‘pick up’ jerseys made, but I also recognize it’s more commonplace to just wear blank jerseys for pickup.

Let me know your thoughts, opinions, OR if you’ve done something similar, if you have recommendations on where to buy from!
