Terrible first customer experience
Just made the switch from Verizon, transition was smooth. I was messing with the security settings (SIM PIN) and my SIM got locked and now I have completely no service.
Support sucks, responses take 5 minutes each. Agent told me to delete the ESIM and he would send me a QR code, which didn't work. Then no response and I have to wait again for a new agent without any warning. Bounced between agents for the past several hours with no correspondence. Just "An agent is here" and no response.
Tried to install via the app, and now I'm locked out there as well "There's been an issue"

iOS web app/PWA?
Would like to make the switch but don't have an option to watch on my iPhone right now. With testflight full, is there a PWA in development?
