It is called "Global Survival: I Got the D-Rank Personnel Simulator". I don't know which is the original platform as it is in many chinese platforms and some grey sites. It is not licensed and so it is not stolen or pirated, I guess. So, feel free to just search it up on Google or click on the link at the end to read it.

SUMMARY:

It is a simulator novel, but boy! Is it the best one I ever read! The world building is unique and chaotic, so much so that you might even like it because of that. It has scps and cosmic horrors in it and the mc is smart. It got a bit boring after 800 chapters for me as the mc always outsmarts everyone and there is no change in that. But I might read it again one day from the start for the third time. That is how much I liked it.

I like the mc, the plot, the progress, the whole vibes of this novel. But it is very long and you might get bored after a few hundred chapters but you will remember the chapters for a long time.
