Worked a small local anime convention last weekend, which was one of the hottest we’ve had in a while. Made sure to put reminders to patrons on our community board, as well as on my table at Registration.

I’ve been reenacting for just over three years now, and I’ve always wanted a sweet action shot of me firing my rifle. Well, this weekend at a small event in Tennessee, my wish was granted! (That’s me in the foreground with the big plume of smoke)
Ya know what always gets me, man? These freaking restaurant owners and head chefs who are always like “What does HE know? I think my food’s GOOD (lookin’ at you, CeCe, ‘cause that’s the episode I paused to write this)!” Or the ones who are like “Aaaah he’s a Brit, they’re all a pain in the ass! (With a heavy New York accent, IYKYK😏)”
Basically, the “what does HE know?” of it all.
It’s like… well, uhm, acktchually (🤓), he knows quite a lot. That’s kind of his thing, right? This man is a chef (bear with me)… who is so good at being a chef (I swear I’m going somewhere with this)… that he is literally famous (and why could that be?)… for being a chef! A chef who is so good at cheffing that he is famous for how good he is at cheffing!! Does that make sense? Is Godzilla ok?
Where do these idiots get off and who did they think was coming to their restaurant?

Someone posted this Miku cutout here a few weeks ago, and the comments said it was at the Mills mall in Atlanta. Yesterday, before driving home from Miku Expo, my buddy and I made the pilgrimage! We were having trouble finding her, but one of the lovely ladies at Hot Topic was kind enough to show us where she lives. Thanks, Beanie-Chan! She was even more beautiful in person 😻
