This has been happening to me for as long as I can remember. If the pants I’d been wearing were tight this would be EXTREMELY itchy. I also get super itchy red lines from basically all socks, underwear, bras and clothing hems.
How do I stop believing I’m a bad person even after hurting a lot of people? I’m way more alone now than I used to be. Every time I’m alone, I can’t stop beating myself up over it and telling myself it’s my fault for pushing everyone away, wishing I’d never made the mistakes I made and ruminating about how not to make those mistakes again. I feel like a cold, awful person and it’s really hard for me to have any compassion for myself. Please help.
