Do the Writers of the Show Not Know About How False Termination Laws Work?
I’m asking because, based on what I can tell from Electra and Dylan’s story from the teasers, Electra is engaging in a blatant quid pro quo. If that’s what happens in the show, and Dylan doesn’t sue Forrester for false termination, it’d not only be stupid, it’d be a missed opportunity.
Side note: Given that the show (probably) shot on location in Monaco for last week’s episodes, I know they can afford to construct a courtroom set, and soap operas can absolutely do courtroom drama engagingly. See Curtis’s trial on “General Hospital” earlier this month for proof of this.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I’m not saying that the show won’t do that, just that I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t.
