Where to actually buy Despacio event tickets?

I'm eligible to buy tickets for the 5th anniversary Despacio event. However, the only info that GV has provided about buying tickets when they go on sale today is that they will be available as an "add-on in your AXS FanAccount". Does anyone actually know what this means, or where to go in AXS to purchase it? It's unclear, and I'm concerned I may not be able to find it or purchase tickets before they sell out.

Los Angeles or Salt Lake City, which should I go to?

I'm planning a trip to see Death Cab in either LA or Salt Lake City on the upcoming tour, and I'm curious what other fans think will be the better experience.

Quick background. I live in the Bay Area and saw Death Cab do two back-to-back shows in Oakland a few years ago on the AM tour. As a big fan, it was awesome because they switched up the setlist considerably each night and I got to hear a lot more songs than in a typical one-night show.

In an attempt to have a similar experience on this tour, I want to go see them again in one of the cities that they are doing two shows in. Since I am on the West Coast that pretty much limits it to Los Angeles or Salt Lake City.

My initial inclination was to do LA because I've never been to the Greek Theater and have always wanted to check it out. However, my experience with LA crowds is that they tend to be pretty indifferent and lack enthusiasm. I'm wondering if a smaller market crowd (like SLC) may be significantly better.

I've never been to SLC, or the Sandy Amphitheatre for that matter. So it would be interesting to travel there. Also, the two shows in SLC look like they sold out pretty quickly, so I imagine there is a pretty excited fanbase there which may make the shows more fun.

I'm very much of the opinion that the energy and excitement of a crowd can make or break a show. So I'm curious if anyone else here has seen the band in either of these cities, or can speak to whether either venue is significantly better.

I've done budgeting for both trips, and they will be pretty comparable, so cost isn't really a factor in my decision. I mostly just want to pick the shows that will be the most enjoyable as a fan.

Any insight or advice anyone can give is welcome!

Thanks

EDIT: I work remotely and will be working during the day on this trip so I will not be able to really hang out much in either city. All I will really have to time to do is go to the shows. So how cool the city is or what else there is to do there isn't really relevant to my decision.

Bay Area BVD treatment recommendations?

I'm a 32M, I live in the Bay Area, and I'm currently looking into getting evaluated and treated for BVD. I have symptoms that seem to indicate I have it (chronic brain fog, pressure headaches, and migraines that seem to be exacerbated by time spent looking at screens or driving), and I've ruled out a lot of other potential causes.

I've been calling a bunch of ODs' offices to inquire about appointment availability and pricing, but the BVD evaluation alone is very expensive, and a lot of places have very long wait times to get in.

Also, a lot of the doctors I'm finding seem to have good reviews from parents who took their young kids for VT, but not a lot of reviews from adults who successfully treated their BVD, which makes me hesitant.

I'm willing to spend money to fix the issue, but I just don't want to waste it.

Does anyone have good experience getting evaluated and treated for BVD in this area? If so, can you recommend me the doctor that you went to? It would really help me out to hear some firsthand experiences. I live in San Jose, but I'm willing to travel a bit, if needed, to see someone decent.

Thanks!
