Help please

Help me choose a truck

I really need to buy a truck soon, it will be a daily driver but with the new house and the wife's rav4 I'm trying to get something on a budget. I. Debating on two F150 options now.

  1. 2019 Ford F-150 stx super cab. 71,355 miles for 23,999 2.7 Ecoboost with 10 speed transmission.

  2. 2018 Ford F-150 xlt 301a pkg. 21,765 miles. Single cab with the 3.3l v6 and 6 speed transmission.

Please let me know if any issues with these trucks or person experience driving similar F150s, thanks!

F150

So my local Ford dealer has a 24 f150 for sale with 16k miles asking about 43k. I'm in negotiations with them and they pulled the KBB value. The truck is worth 52,965 per kbb. This is a little more than I'd like to spend but it also seems like a unicorn deal that I have to take. Is there something about the 24 f150 I'm not aware of that would account for such a discount. I've looked over the truck and it's clean, no accidents per Carfax. Anything is good look out for? Thanks in advance. It's the 5.0l motor as well.
