Before i drag myself for a wasted journey any lidil shoppers wilton esp. know if they sell compost? Tesco used to but it seems they no longer do as just came from there after my weekly shop & don’t fancy walking up & back to lidil unless i know for sure? Appreciate it in advance!

I got an Iphone 15 through 3 mobile June 9th 2025. Lately the screen is starting to give up as all green lines & it's impossible to use the phone. I went to 3 store & advised that I didn't have a spare phone & could they possibly provide me with one as I wanted to go down the warranty route as I have also had "liquid detected" warnings & hand on my heard It has never been ear water as I accidently dropped my last iphone into a tiny bit of water in the bath when i was cleaning it so lesson learned & i keep it well away from any liquid/water. I have noticed the 5G connection drops a lot despite being in an area where there is good 5G coverage. The store said they could not give me a phone & advised me to go through my insurance. I asked if they would send me a phone as I need it for my job as i have the MS Authenticator on it & if i don't have a phone i can't get on to any system in work so i am actually badly stuck. I asked would they be able to provide me with a phone & first they said yes maybe then they said probably not until i sent off the phone & paid the deposit! I made a complaint to 3 customer care & they advised they should be able to "From internal reviews and speaking to our device lead, all Three stores should be able to furnish customers who are seeking to avail of our repairs process a loan device. Friday at 17.55 I got another email saying they wouldn't give me a phone & go through my insurance. "From further discussions with the store management and area management feedback was provided on your initial issue raised. As you have Insurance through us and with our Insurance partner Zurich, a claim needs to be submitted through that channel. Our stores would only take in, assess and issue for repair devices which are not covered by an insurance company. There are excessive charges with those types or repairs for that reason.

I have been advised the Insurance company in circumstances can provide you with a loan unit during this process but this would need to be checked directly with them. I hope this is of assistance." I feel this is exceptionally bad of 3 but not surprising as mobile phone phone companies just squeeze every last bit of money off of you. I am bill pay & can't cxl & chance to a new provider & ai am really stuck for a smartphone for work more then anything. I am confused if it's comreg or National Consumer agency i contact as people are saying complain to ombudsman, then Comreg then NCA. Does anyone here actually know where i can raise this further & what are my rights? The phone is out of warranty 8th June so I want to get this sorted before this. Anyone know of a good place for Acupuncture in Cork city/wilton area? Suffering with a trapped nerve & before i try physio was hoping to get some dry needling done to see if it helped? Thanks!

Curious if this has happened to anyone else. Been on a waiting list for an apt & GP referred me to South Inf. Got an app on HSE App this am offering me an Apt in Mallow! The same consultant operates out of the South so not sure why they’re forcing me to Mallow. Tried to call but nobody answers & left a message to call me back! I don’t have a car so it’s a headache trying to get there when i live in city Suburbs.. Has anyone else experienced this?
