I have a ‘83 Terry Taurus lite and the fridge is completely dead. I am attempting to remove the fridge and it’s not budging. I’ve removed all the securing screws from the front that I can see, and some in the back. This thing just won’t budge. I’ve peeled back some of the edging to see if there were any hidden screws and there weren’t any. How do I remove this fridge? I just want to put in a modern mini fridge!
Hey all. I have an 03 2wd XLT ranger that had a rear brake line go bad. My brother and I installed the new brake line and started bleeding, except no fluid came through. We started the truck to see if that had any effect, and fluid started coming through. We shut the truck off and fluid no longer came through. We never got the pedal to fully pump up and build pressure, but there was more pressure when the truck was running.
Any idea what could be wrong? Master cylinder possibly?
I have an 03 2wd 3.0 ranger and there’s an issue with the brakes.
When I drive short distances, the brakes are fine. After driving a longer distance or after doing a lot of stop and go, the brake pedal feels like it actuates at different spots in the “stroke.” It almost feels like the pressure in the system is inconsistent. Sometimes it feels totally normal and the pedal doesn’t move very far before the brakes actuate. Other times, I feel like I have to almost press the pedal to the floor. The weird thing is I can depress the pedal, and press it again and there’s more pressure.
I know that some people may think there’s air in the system, which I’m not dismissing. The reservoir shows the correct fluid and there’s no leaks at the caliper.
I have replaced the brake pedal position switch while diagnosing cruise control issues.
Is it the pressure sensor? Should the brakes be bled? Or is it something else?
Odd issue I’m having, and it’s yet again a cruise control issue. Here’s what I’ve done:
I just drove home 30 minutes and used the cruise control the whole way. I stopped at the store and when I started the truck again, cruise control doesn’t work anymore.
