Hi, about a month ago i got all of my instagram and Meta AI accounts banned, due to unknown reasons. I tried to contact premium support using my facebook account and no luck, permanently banned.

I had just one account that hadn't been banned, so i started using it as my normal account, and it survived for a month.

Today, i sent a TikTok video link to a friend because i wanted him to see it ( we don't speak on TikTok ), and have a conversation about the topic of the video.

10 minutes after sending that link my account gets disabled, I did the typical procedure of entering a six digit code sent to email/phone number, submitting a video selfie and a drivers license and now i have to wait, but i expect that to solve NOTHING, and just be permanently banned. Again.

So, be careful with sending tiktok links using instagram DM's!!

And, any tips regarding the massive ban waves that have been happening over the last month?

Any help will be appreciated.

Disclaimer: The TikTok video was not about any topic that could have flagged my account, it was about a university study about time management.

hi! i woke up today to various emails of instagram saying that my various accounts were suspended and that i needed to appeal to get them back. supposedly saying that i went against TOS, i use instagram normally and some of the accounts dont have anything posted…
what can cause this? i literally have endless photos on my instagram accounts, i have already verified my identity on some of the accounts by sending a video selfie.
please help!!
