I'm not talking about a little hate or a few people... I'm talking about millions of comments and hatred everywhere.... How do you deal with this in a spiritual sense? I don't mean physical actions such as reducing social media usage etc... just spiritually... We are all souls and race-based hatred against my ethnicity is just mind-bogglingly high.

How do you reach out to your Spirit guides? And how do you know when they give you an answer or respond back? What are the common ways in which you have received a response? I have read some people say that they get some physical sensations- other things that I have read about are repeating/ Angel Numbers, sudden thoughts in your head that come out of nowhere etc...

I have been reaching out to them but I'm not sure if they have responded... Sometimes I get messages in the form of words in a song or on a show or repeating numbers but I just wanted to make sure that it's not my imagination.
