Hi ladies,
I’m 7 weeks postpartum and can finally say things are starting to look up. Baby is getting easier, my body feels less foreign, and my mind isn’t running at 100 mph all the time anymore.
Looking back on those first few weeks postpartum, I honestly can’t believe some of my behavior. At one point, in a moment of complete overwhelm and rage, I threw my breast pump at my husband’s head. (I know that’s not okay, and I regretted it the second it left my hand.)
Now that I’m on the other side of the worst of it, I’m realizing just how intense the postpartum hormone crash, sleep deprivation, and stress can be.
So please tell me what was your most unhinged, irrational, or peak postpartum rage moment? I’m hoping to feel a little less alone and a little less crazy looking back on mine. 😅
