I was told external scholars aren't eligible for hostel accommodation but I only need it for the first semester during coursework.
Has anyone received hostel accommodation as an exception?
If not, any good PGs or places to stay near campus for 4–5 months? I'll be moving from Delhi.
I'll be leaving my Apache RR 310 unused for about 4–5 months. It'll be parked in a covered area.
Apart from using a good bike cover, what should I do before storing it? Should I disconnect the battery, fill the fuel tank, use paddock stands, or tie the clutch/brake levers?
Any tips from people who've stored their bikes for a few months would be appreciated.

What's the hostel situation for PhD scholars?
Does anybody know how the External PhD curriculum is structured?
Anybody official I can contact at DoD for clarifications regarding the above?

I've tried mailing the PhD department and as you can see in the images, they're either not getting the questions or they're plainly ignoring it.
