For context; I live in a rural area in southern Europe where the winds get really strong. Winds manage to make my old construction home sway under them. I was wondering if a stone house would help with this?

Edit: I should probably mention that the winds can get to around 120 km/h. Also in my area i have access to stone, plus there are remains of older, fully stone made houses that are intact with only the roof missing (which I guess was made of wood since it didn’t survive long enough). I’m mentioning the old houses because they are the reason why I originally wanted to build one myself.
