Currency conversion cash vs credit card

My family and I are traveling to UK and Netherlands from the US. I have one credit card with no foreign transaction fees which I will be using for most things. But I know certain places only take pounds or euros, like if we need to use a public toilet in Europe I know you sometimes have to pay.
Is it better to convert currency at my local bank, the airport, or ATM abroad? Any advice would be helpful. I don’t wanna carry too much cash with me but if anyone has suggestions about a good amount to carry while traveling I would definitely appreciate it. Thank you!

LLC plus 1099 income categorization unsure best method

I work 2 jobs, one is my LLC (sole proprietor acupuncturist) and one is 1099 contractor (working at a wellness center). I file my taxes thru schedule C all under the LLC per my accountants guidance. I categorize my LLC income in a very detailed way for each service, each customer, each product sale, etc. however for the 1099, since I get paid every 2 weeks, instead of adding in every single person I see at the wellness center I’ve simply been doing a journal entry to put this paycheck under “other income” and “owner draws”. This is how I was advised to set it all up a few years ago when I started out. I was also advised to put the income I make from my subletter into “other income”. Now, that “other income” section is getting really large since that’s the majority of how I’m making my money, as my small biz is a lot slower and not as lucrative, and I’m concerned if this division of incomes is correct or should be entered in differently. If anyone has experience with recording LLC and 1099 income and has any advice I would be very curious to hear how you do it!
Thanks in advance

Deleted transactions then reconciliation?

I foolishly deleted some transactions on QBO (I thought they were duplicates but they weren’t), which of course messed up my reconciliations. I did some googling and followed instructions to create new sales receipts with the same exact date, customer, amount, sales receipt number, etc of the deleted transactions using the audit log. So those are back in the system now. However, when I go to reconciliation it shows that I’m way off on the starting number.
I’ve seen some places suggest to just manually go into chart of accounts and click each transaction to get R, which should get the starting number of reconciliation to the right place. Is this the right way? Or do I need to completely undo each reconciliation and redo them to include the new versions of old deleted sales receipts? I want to do this right not confused as to the proper way to do this so I’m good moving forward.
If anyone has advice on how to navigate this process I would greatly appreciate it! TIA!
