M18 16" chainsaw review

M18 16" chainsaw review

I think I ran a chainsaw for the first time at 12 years old. I owned my own chainsaw by 14. Not a wimpy one either... I cut and sold alot of firewood in my high-school and young adult years and never thought I'd be caught dead using a battery powered chainsaw.

Well today I needed to clear out 6 or so down trees and couldn't get my 026 started so I got ahold of this Milwaukee 18v battery powered saw. I was able to cut up all 6 trees plus some smaller brush on one battery charge. Im super impressed. It worked much better than expected and I couldn't believe how many cuts it did on the single charge.

I do feel slightly emasculated though so now so im going see if i can find a whiteclaw and work on my man bun 😆

Manufactured homes on land rather than flipping?

Ive been flipping a few houses each year. Obviously good deals are harder to find all the time. Ive been looking into buying lots, overlooked parcels, parcels with worthless structures on them, etc and installing manufactured homes on them to develop the property and sell.

Wonder if anyone is having success with a similar strategy that might share some tips.

Im located in Michigan

Berreta m9a4 and spectre 9 won't cycle

I put my spectre 9 on my berreta m9a4 9mm and firing 124grn target rounds it wont cycle at all. Its pretty quiet which is cool but not if I have to rack the slide manually between each round.

Can someone point me in the right direction on things to try to trouble shoot?

Back into reloading

Ive recently gotten back in to handloading and shooting. Broke out my old press and have enjoyed loading rifle loads and am figuring out handgun cartridges as well.

In this photo im seating a bullet into a 22-250 case.

Sight suggestions

Looking for suggestions on optics for my Ap5 build. So far I dropped in an Frt, silencerco suppressor, still want to add a sight and for grip
