Upgrades I am wanting to upgrade to a progressive press what are some options I know of Dillion but don’t really know the different models I have a single stage bought the Hornady kit when I first started still pretty newbie like but getting better

Just curious what options I may not know or may not consider for progressive something under 1000 would be ideal

Annealing? Do I need to anneal once fired brass this isn’t precision ammo I’m reloading 62gr .223 24.5 gr of cfe223 about 2700fps from the book wanting to know how important it is to anneal once fired for this
