Is this a problem? Central PA USA

Nest is right outside my second-story apartment window. It was empty when I moved in, but now more wasps keep showing up and they’ve been hanging around for weeks.

My landlord isn’t interested in dealing with it, and I’d rather not spend a bunch of money on a place I’m renting. The apartment sat vacant for 6 months before I moved in and already had a bug problem.

Any advice on stopping this before the nest gets bigger?

I was told in March that my landlord is selling and I need to be out by June 1, so I found an apartment on Front St.

I already paid a deposit for movers (2nd floor), but just found out from Park Harrisburg I need to reserve 4–5 parking spaces for the truck at $44 each. I expected some cost, but not this much. When I toured the apartment twice, parking seemed fine both times. However, when I went to the Parking Authority office to get my residential permit, it was a nightmare trying to find a spot.

First time moving to the city (from the Poconos, lived in Enola for 2 years). Any advice or tips on the parking situation or anything else I should know? I’m feeling a little lost 😅 thank you!!!
