Hello! I am looking for one person to take the lease on my old spot, a condo within the DPS Zone and a short walk to campus. This is ideal for a graduate student or someone looking to be close to convenience or campus while getting plenty of quiet. Immediate move-in.
The lease would go until the end of next July.

The room has plenty of space and the house is calm throughout the day. It comes partially furnished with a desk, chair, and bed. The neighborhood is calm and has street parking, in addition to parking space inside the building. Rent is 1000.

There are 2 tenants on the other side of the unit (one student and one alum), and are at school or work throughout the day. The kitchen is infrequently used, and would essentially be yours. There is a washer/dryer inside the building as well.

Near to Ralph’s, USC Village, & DTLA. Inside the free Lyft zone.
