Lol I teach writing at a local college (so I've seen a looooot of AI slop), and this is such a classic fuck up: she put some old women's magazine article about "Why French Women are Thin and Eat Whatever They Want" into Chat GPT and asked it to paraphrase it so she could create her little Canva slides, but was too lazy to actually read the out put, hence all the references to "the article."
