Vagina doesn’t seem to get better :( UTI/BV/YI/UREA
Hello everyone. I was tested positive for ureaplasma in january 2026. Before that I had been constantly hooking up with someone who indulges in hookup culture, except he was the only one I was sleeping with and it wasn't reciprocated. This was from november '24 to december '25.
I had ONE uti and yeast infection during December’24/january of 2025. After that, I was okay.
Then, during november/september ‘25, when the repeated BV and yeast infections occurred. I've never had BV before. Up until then. I was treated, then it came back. Over and over again.
until I tested positive for ureaplasma in january 2026. i was treated for antibiotics for 7 days and then had BV after. that was also treated. I got a boyfriend in february that I had sex with after I was treated.
Since then, i've gotten std tested AGAIN in march ‘26 and i'm clean off of EVERYTHING. l've had a NEW partner and current boyfriend since february of 2026 and he also tested negative on everything even after having sex with me.
Febuaury-Current ‘26, I still always had an itch/irritation around the hood of my clitoris. I just left it alone, because I just kept coming back negative for BV, Yl, everything else.
But during june ‘26, , I tested positive for a UTI.
Then I had this horrible uncontrollable itch from the hood of the clitoris AGAIN. it's always there. around that skin. Near the hair area.
I was checked by the doctors everytime i went btw and had no lesions or blisters.
Then 3 weeks ago, i suspected BV and i was positive. Except after the antibiotics im experiencing pain/itchiness in the hood of the clitoris AGAIN. today it's just unbearable.
Another thing, AUGUST ‘26 after my BV medication my boyfriend and I had sex 5 days after the antibiotics and we HAD to stop due to the fact that I was BURNING!!! My vagina was literally BURNING!!! After me and my bf search things up, we see "vulvodanyia" as a possible answer, but i'm not too sure : (
I went to the doctors and they checked me down there and checked if YI and BV lingered/came back, but it didn't.
(My bf does not cheat on me, he's always with me if anyone is wondering or suspecting)
I'm just so sad and I don't know what's wrong with me or if i'll ever go back to normal.
Please help me on what I should do going forward, or educate me on things I should do.
