I can craft a reroll dice, this is also my first stat blocker and this one out of all my relics is the one I’d want to use it on. But is it worth it? Since it was a 3-liner and it’s Tengoku not Rutilant (just got it while farming Sparxie planars so I thought why not). Thanks!

SBilly and Miyabi are the two DPSes that I really want to play (aside from Haru, who I already got). I heard that Nangong and Yuzuha are Miyabi’s best teammates but I’m afraid SBilly might rerun soon (I’m aiming for M1W1, already got Lucia for him and I still have content to get pulls from) plus who knows when Miyabi will even rerun.

Is Nangong sig-dependent? And is Piper good with Yuzuha and Nangong for the meantime? Is this duo a wheelchair or not really? These might make me consider pulling for Nangong but otherwise maybe I should just skip this patch (Nangong isn’t even my favorite Angel, Sunna is, but sadly I started playing after her rerun)

I don’t really have any supports in my account so far other than Nicole (currently occupied in my Cunning Hares team), Lucia (saving for Silly), and Soukaku (is she even good for Haru?). But also, the only Anomaly DPS I’m interested in pulling for is Alice, so if I pull for Yuzuha she won’t have much value aside from just being in Haru’s team. Should I just go for it?

Took me so long to realize that the FuA team can beat every single boss with 40k (granted this cycle has massive FuA shill) so I put them in Pom Pom coz Sparxie’s only getting 28k 🫩 Idk if this is a sign to just get Huohuo in the bag coz Yao missed her ult multiple times

Unsurprisingly my Archer team with no erudition units got the lowest score but since it’s against the toughest boss, I’ll take it. I’ll get Rin someday but in this case E2 Dan Heng is doing a LOT of the heavy lifting

Disclaimer: I quit the game mid-June, on Caleb's birthday. I thought that was so poetic of me since my Aurum Pass ended on June 13. I decided not to renew it anymore, leaving the game completely but still keeping it installed on my devices. Funnily enough, it was Infold themselves that made that once-difficult decision now something I won't regret.

Caleb was (and probably still is) an important fictional character to me, mainly because I was really captivated by his voice, warmth, and duality whenever it arises. I started playing during his release and managed to stay F2P for a few months, but I eventually caved in and became a spender after his first birthday. Once that dam broke, there was no turning back. Since then, I was constantly managing my resources efficiently to make sure I always get his new 5* card and outfit, and even get his R1 outfit if I liked it. I wasn't spending too much money by late 2025, but once the new year started, I started to feel how costly that lifestyle can be. And maybe as time went on, I got greedier and more complacent with my gacha luck (?). I pulled for X-02 rerun and Netherlord until R3. Lingering Lust until R1. All the paid outfits that Caleb looks hot on.

By May, I was graduating uni in about a month, and that led me to think, "is this really the lifestyle I want for myself?" Most of my gaming budget comes from my allowance, which is just enough for me to spend here and there but definitely not consistently. I was fine with making a few sacrifices here and there; I rarely eat out, and when I wanted a card so badly, I'd take the longer but cheaper way home for exercise instead of the more expensive and convenient one. But I'm graduating college, and I realized I didn't want my future paychecks to be spent like this. Not until the game gives more sustainable ways of farming diamonds for free. This is not a critique on predatory gacha tactics (it's gacha, what do we expect), but I realized that this is not a lifestyle I'd want to participate in long-term (even though my Yearly Pass is still up and running).

I did my (honestly, second to the last) pulling session for Caleb's birthday card. After admiring his outfit for a while, I stopped logging in.

The film multi got announced, and I didn't care.

And then Valko's announcement happened, well that one got me excited.

I'm a 6th LI truther since then purely because I'm a combat player. Of course there's gonna be a LI with a yellow stellactrum standard myth. But I told myself I'm going to be strong, and I'm not gonna relapse. But alas, I did. I came back to the game and spent all my remaining saved diamonds to pull for Caleb's film card. Rafayel came, and then two copies of Caleb after, all in about 50 pulls. Sorry for flexing a little, but that luck, and Valko's release, got me seriously contemplating on returning to the game!

And then Infold made dumb and stupid decisions.

Even though I already quit playing by that game, I was still so devastated and infuriated, and it's mostly because that company decided to listen to its most entitled, hateful, and parasocial players instead of the ones that are excited for his release. I don't have a public Twitter account, but I have a private one for my general interests, so I still see discourse every single day mostly coming from players who want everything catered to them and them only.

The entitlement these stans have is the biggest issue to me, and mostly why I really really want Valko back. As a plus-sized male player, I know and have long since accepted that I'm not the target demographic of this game. But still, I find ways to get giddy with Caleb and not ruin the immersion because I can use my imagination!! God forbid a man gets a little delusional sometimes. The main issue I have with the demographic that bred Valko antis is that they just don't let people enjoy things. Everything has to be about them, and everything they want has to be canon. Honestly, what a miserable way to consume media.

For weeks now I have been silently campaigning for Valko's return. My retweets and likes probably don't do much since I run a private account, but I'm with the fight. So you might guess why I'm writing now.

This new Caleb card feels like an ex trying to reconcile things and start over, but the spark isn't there anymore. Does any other Caleb main, active or inactive, feel the same? Any Caleb main I know wanted a basketball card. I wanted a basketball card. He's the DAA's top player and campus heartthrob, of course I wanna see his moves! This was something many Caleb fans manifested for so long, may it be a solo card or a sports multi.

When I saw the announcement, my heart skipped a beat at first. But my first thought was not "Caleb looks so good," but rather, "wow, the audacity of this company to make Caleb the scapegoat, and a highly anticipated card at that." I downloaded Caleb's jersey photo in my phone and blocked official accounts for good.

Days later, I'm honestly worried that most Caleb mains took the bait and spent, but upon stumbling upon a post from this subreddit, I see that that's not the case, and that my people do still have a backbone after all. Of course, some may have whaled and some Caleb mains really are insufferably toxic, but I'm just glad that Infold's winning stupid prizes with their stupid games.

For the sake of my sanity, I blocked EVERYTHING related this game in my Twitter. Muted even the LIs' names. I just happened to stumbled upon this subreddit and wanted to share my thoughts that have been swimming in my head since I have no irls that understand the situation like I do. I'd probably stay away from anything LADS related even on this platform, but hopefully when I accidentally stumbled upon anything again, it's something good. <3
