The Loro Piana grey zip hoodie is probably one of my favourite pieces from the haul. It's from B+ Factory and made from 90% wool and 10% cashmere. Really soft material, nice weight and the details around the shoulders, hood and zipper are very clean. Fit is perfect on me.

Quality is really good, I've bought some other "linen" shirts before and those are nothing compared to these. The stitching and small details are very clean. Both fit me perfectly.

I also got the Loro Piana short sleeve polos in navy and white. They're from B+ Factory, without tags, but with the same LP details. They're 100% wool, using 15.5-micron Yangtze "Golden Wool". Both have a really clean fit. They're more oversized rather than slim fitting to the body, which I personally prefer. The material feels great and these honestly surprised me with the quality.

Finally, the Loro Piana Green Storm System cap. I went with the cheaper batch instead of the Francesco Factory batch. Really happy with this one too. Embroidery looks clean, shape is good and the inside details are very well done.

Been getting asked about AP vs MK for Loro Piana Summer Walks for months now, and I still see a lot of people asking what the actual differences are. I got both batches from XXL998 so I could finally have both in hand and compare them side by side.

Just to make this clear before the comparison: these are NOT the same colorway. The AP pair is a darker brown and the MK pair is a lighter taupe/brown. So I'm not comparing the color accuracy between AP and MK here. I'm mainly looking at the construction, suede/leather feel, shape, stitching, sole, packaging, etc.

Packaging:

Honestly, they're basically the same. Boxes, papers, tags and accessories all look very similar. The only obvious difference I noticed is the shoe bag: MK has grey lettering while AP has brown lettering. Other than that, nothing really stood out to me.

Suede / Feel:

Since they're different colors, I'm not going to compare the actual shade of the suede. What I can compare is how the material feels and how the shoe behaves in hand. The biggest thing I noticed immediately is that the MK pair is much firmer and more structured, while the AP pair is noticeably softer and more flexible.

I don't necessarily see either one as a flaw. I think this mostly comes down to preference. If you want a more sturdy shoe that holds its shape better, MK definitely feels more like that. If you prefer something softer and more flexible, AP has that feel. Although I feel like AP is more close to retail, the real thing is more softer rather than stiff.

Shape:

There are some differences here too. Looking at them side by side, the MK appears a little wider/full-bodied, while the AP has a slightly slimmer and more structured appearance. You can especially notice it around the toe box and from the side.

That being said, keep in mind that we're comparing two different batches AND two different colorways, so I wouldn't use these pictures to judge color accuracy or assume every AP/MK pair will look exactly like these.

Stitching / Details:

Both look pretty clean overall. The apron stitching is slightly different between them, and you can see some small differences in the way the suede sits around the edges and heel.

The LP heel branding is present on both and looks pretty similar. Nothing here made me look at one pair and immediately think it's much worse than the other.

They also came with the full packaging, including the Zegna box and dust bags, which was a nice touch.

I've owned the AP Batch before, so I was curious to compare it with MK. The differences are honestly quite small. The main thing I noticed is that the MK leather feels slightly firmer and more structured, while AP feels a bit softer. Neither is better, just a different feel.

They fit TTS, go with your normal size, they can be a bit snug on the first use but after that you're good. Overall, MK did a great job. If you're choosing between MK and AP, I don't think you can go wrong with either.

These are the AP Batch, and they've honestly become one of my favourite sneakers. The knit feels premium and breathable, the overall shape is excellent, and they look very sleek on foot. Comfort is probably the biggest highlight, they're lightweight, well cushioned, and easy to wear all day.

The stitching, branding and overall construction are all very clean, and I couldn't find any noticeable flaws. I also went with EU 42, and the fit is perfect.

I've owned the AP Batch before, so I was curious to compare it with MK. The differences are honestly quite small. The main thing I noticed is that the MK leather feels slightly firmer and more structured, while AP feels a bit softer. Neither is better, just a different feel.

They fit TTS, go with your normal size, they can be a bit snug on the first use but after that you're good. Overall, MK did a great job. If you're choosing between MK and AP, I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Brunello Cucinelli Knit Runners (AP Batch)

These are the AP Batch, and they've honestly become one of my favourite sneakers. The knit feels premium and breathable, the overall shape is excellent, and they look very sleek on foot. Comfort is probably the biggest highlight, they're lightweight, well cushioned, and easy to wear all day.

The stitching, branding and overall construction are all very clean, and I couldn't find any noticeable flaws. I also went with EU 42, and the fit is perfect.

Overall

I'm really happy with both pairs. The MK Summer Walks are an excellent alternative to AP, and after owning both, I think the differences are minimal. The leather on MK feels a bit firmer, but both are top-tier batches. The AP Brunello Cucinelli Knit Runners exceeded my expectations and are easily one of my favourite sneakers at the moment.

Before writing this, I stopped by an LV store and compared it side-by-side with a similar Pocket Organizer. The dimensions, monogram placement, stitching, embossing, and overall finish were all very close to retail.

The only difference I noticed was that the retail wallet felt slightly more rigid and a bit less flimsy in hand. That could simply be due to the leather or material used, since it was not the exact same model, but it wasn't a major difference.

The leather feels nice, the stitching is clean, the card slots fit well, and the overall construction is solid. Packaging was also complete with the box, dust bag, and cards.

For 400 RMB, I think this is a great buy. I would give it an 8.5/10.

Copped some new wrist candy from Valle Noble.

Been wanting both of these for a while and finally pulled the trigger.

The VCA 5 Motif looks super clean and the Cartiers have a nice finishing. Packaging was better than expected too.

These are like the 6th bracelets I get from Valle Noble, I've been using them daily for 3-4 weeks. And until now. No fading. I don't recommend taking them to the ocean or shower tho. Just to prevent fading.

This was my latest summer haul through GTBUY, and overall the experience was smooth from start to finish.

Warehouse photos were uploaded quickly, everything was easy to inspect, and shipping out the parcel was straightforward.
