Alarm.com ADC-T40K-HD High Humidity Issue

Has anyone seen issues with the Alarm.com ADC-T40K-HD showing abnormally high humidity? This is from the same house with the device showing 81% humidity with the remote sensors being the Alarm.com ADC-S40-T - Z-Wave Plus sensors. The “back office” is only a few feet from the primary thermostat. I’ve found that powering off the furnace (at the breaker box) will result in the thermostat returning to a normal humidity within a day at most. This appears to be a hardware issue, but I’m looking to see if anyone else has seen this.

Flow detected when no zones are running

I just recently added a flow meter to my system. I've noticed a weird issue where I'm getting a "flow detected when no zones are running" error message. I increased the Settle Time to 5m, but oddly, after the zone shuts off, 5 minutes later I'm getting the message. The zone shuts off almost immediately after completion. Honestly, I'm cofused at this point. I attached a screenshot of the events. Anyone seen this before?

BlackVue Dashcam?

Hi, I'm new to US Mobile, and attempting to get a BlackVue Dashcam working on the Light Speed network. I previously had it working successfully on T-Mobile. So far, no sucess. The camera only allows for the settings APN, username, and password. So far, I've tried both "wholesale" as well as "fast.t-mobile.com" for APN, and left the username and pasword blank. The camera manufacturer said that the camera will only work on data-only lines. I spoke with support, and the rep claimed they disabled both calls and messaging, but still had no success. Any one have any ideas at this point? I was hoping to move all services from T-Mobile here, but so far, it's been a frustrating experience. Thanks.

Superior Bi-Fold Door Parts

I admit it may be easiser to replace the doors than find the hardward, but it seems like a waste, so I'll give this an attempt. I'm looking for the track roller assembly for the Superior 36ABF. I can purchase the hinge side separately, but can't seem to find the roller side. Photo attached.
