I currently have over 130k thousand Speedy Reward points and I am wondering if I can use them at 7-11 and if yes, how? I do not have a smart phone, just a dumb flip phone. Therefore, I do not have access to either the Speedway or 7-11 app.

Hoping someone can help me. My Lively Flip 2 is now over 3 years old. I am having a couple of issues that recently started.

1. The only notification I am receiving on reminders is the red light. No vibration or sound.
2. Phone is not ringing or vibrating on some, but not all calls. I recently missed calls from two different doctor offices. When I open the phone I saw that I had missed calls and a voice message. For one of them I was expecting the call and was holding the phone in my hand when the red light came on. I do not have any blocked numbers.

I called customer support and they changed a setting on their end and had me restart the phone with no change. all notifications in settings are properly set and the phone is not silenced.

Has anybody experienced something similar? Thanks!
