this is something i've been dealing with ever since i got mihon to be honest, but lately when an extension doesn't work and i find one that does, the new one also stops working.

i don't know why this happens since the sources still work fine, i've looked it up online for each specific extension and people had the same problems years ago but i can't find any solution. where can i even look for a solution besides here??

I've been looking for books that take place in fantasy/sci-fi series that have alternate history elements or otherwise treat their events as real things that happened, specifically things like Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell or Kalpa Imperial. i'm not looking for epic plots and narratives, i want either low-stakes character-based narratives or "history books" written in-universe (such as the aforementioned susanna clarke novel). thanks in advance!
