Edit: I've realised I left out a LOT of information that I probably should've included from the beginning, especially considering I'm asking strangers to give me advice on why these aren't selling. I'm genuinely sorry about that 😭.

I'm only 16 and I'm trying to help my dad with the digital side of this because it's something he's not very familiar with. I'm definitely learning as I go, and some of the criticism here has been completely fair.
Here's everything i should've included in the original post:

• Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh , right behind the Sakshi press office, with easy access to NH44
• Property: 2 individual 3BHK duplex houses
• Plot: 1,500 sq ft each
• Built-up area: 2,370 sq ft each
• Facing: East
• Furnished: cots, wardrobes, interior woodwork & fittings, modern kitchen, etc.
• Price: ₹1.2 Cr each, including the land and furnishings
• Construction: started in 2023; both houses are now completed (not the furnishings)

And yes, the video is a few months old. The houses are completed now, and I should've uploaded a recent walkthrough instead 😭 that's completely on me.

how do you sell a house when you've already tried everything? or is it that we haven't tried everything?

genuine question.

my dad built two individual 3BHK duplex houses in a tier 3 city (right off NH44- andhra pradesh)

they've been ready for a while now. (the video attached is from a few months ago- the houses are finished now)

We priced them at ₹2 crore initially. Today they're at ₹1.2 crore each. (again, in a TIER 3 city)

people call and visit.

they say they love the houses and then they jus disappear.

we've tried mediators. we've offered commissions. we've tried instagram digital marketing with whatever knowledge we had. NOTHING worked.

I'm writing this because I'm my dad's kid.

He isn't familiar with digital marketing but has been in the real estate market (not construction) for about 10 years now.

we're not some huge builder with a marketing team or endless money to keep running ads.

it's literally just us.

watching something we put years into sit there while bills keep coming.

i'm posting this because it's the only thing i know how to do,
posting them online and hoping the internet helps us out somehow 😭
