Should I play flailax solo q?

My wr this season has been abysmal in solo q. I'm playing snorlax mostly bc I want a new ribbon for snorlax. Running heavy slam + block. Should I just run flailax (flail + yawn) and build like an all-rounder? If so, what items should I do? Maybe muscle scarf, rapid fire scarf, and focus band?

Unite archetypes per role

For each of the 5 roles I'm trying to understand what archetypes MUST be learned so that I can pick mains properly and have diversity in my pool. Like I don’t want to accidentally pick 3 enchanters (from supports) ykno. Does anybody have any input on this topic and maybe some mon recs? I currently have 1 main per role right now

Edit: I’m familiar with mobas and moba archetypes, but for example I’m wondering if I need to learn a diver, a juggernaut, AND a fighter from all-rounders. Another example is for attackers is learning a burst mage even necessary?

Pop/Rock/Indie/Alt/R&B with amazing bass?

Do y'all have recommendations for songs that have amazing basses? My reference songs include "We Never Dated" by Sombr, "Too Sweet" by Hozier, and "Do I Wanna Know" by Arctic Monkeys

Completed "Easy" Mode in a Week! Down 2k Combat Power!

Cinderace (75% of games), mega lucario (15% of games), and snorlax (10% of games) were the goats. Flailax worked on 1-37. u/tzuweed wasn't lying when they said cinderace is the most OP in this mode. I'm halfway through hard mode too! Lmk if you have questions about any of the challenges or whatnot

Help with 1-16 Hard: Sableye

To the sableye mains and the solo mission experts: I'm on 1-16 hard where we can literally ONLY use sableye. I have never used this mon. Any tips for build and battle item to carry bots? I'm about 2k combat power below (yikes ik, but I got through easy mode full 3 stars). Additionally, are there upcoming solo missions where they restrict you to only one mon? If so, who?

Running technique/impacted muscle groups

I've noticed that most of the burn I feel from running is in my quads, which is different from all my friends who run. They say most of the burn is in their calves and hamstrings. I think (may be wrong lol) this is because I tend to land on the front or middle of my foot, essentially impacting the ground quite hard and sending a shock to my quads. This also doesn't feel great on the knees. Should I just work on trying to run lighter and transitioning to landing towards the back of my foot?

Running again after weight gain

Hi there, I haven't run consistently in about 9 months and since then I've gained about 35 pounds from gym and eating more. I just tried running again, 2 miles today, and it was really rough. Do you guys have any tips or experience with picking up running after gaining substantial weight?

Is gaining ~25 pounds of muscle in 8 months possible or am I tripping?

So I started working out about 8 months ago and I've gone from 145 to 180 pounds in that time. I've been tracking my progress visually, and I'd say that I've gained about 10 pounds of fat and 25 pounds of muscle. From the looks of it, my body fat % has stayed roughly the same, though my eyes might deceive me. Is it even possible to gain 25 pounds in 8 months with little to no macro optimization? Maybe it's more fat than I think it is?

Lucario vs. Mega Lucario

I know it's draft dependent, but which is best to main/one-trick? Regular lucario to me seems better because of its mobility and combo potential. Mega is a bit clunky, but maybe I'm wrong

Hot take: getting hooked is a skill issue (most of the time)

I play a lot of bot lane and tbh if you get hooked more than once per laning phase that's just a massive skill issue. It's so easy to dodge pyke, thresh, and nautilus hooks since they have a windup and/or travel slowly. Blitzcrank hook is different--it's significantly harder to dodge. But yea, lowkey if you get hooked twice in a row by nautilus then you're just trolling. It's not like the enemy hook champ is predicting the next position either--my ADC or support is just literally just standing still and decide to not react fast enough. It's so stupid how people are intimidated by the hook from hook champs. I'm in GM lobbies btw

Edit: like I actually find it so easy to work around and/or punish pyke, thresh, and nautilus in lane. Unless they flash onto me of course lol. Also, I am a nautilus main LOL

People underestimate AP nautilus jungle (light quadrakill)

Fr though Nautilus jungle is so good. Fastest full clear in the game too. Me personally I go green runes with AP items that grant bonus health like rod of aegis and psychic projector

Rell's in a weird spot

Even after all the rell buffs she feels...odd. Potentially weak. While she has one of the strongest team fight engages, unlike other engage champs like nautilus and leona, her laning phase is quite weak. Like even nami and milio counter her, when it's like engage supports are MEANT to counter enchanters in lane. Pre-level 5 is not a fun time, so trying to get your ADC ahead is rough. Even at level 5 the enemy bot lane knows what you're up to. If you wanna have a strong team fight engager, might as well play nautilus who is incredibly oppressive during the laning phase AND throughout the game. I'd say I pick nautilus over rell 14/15 times. What are yalls thoughts?

Sincerely,

A rell/nautilus main

P.S. funnily enough rell counters nautilus lol

I feel like high elo players sometimes forget they have a team

I've played with a bunch of high elo players recently and players who are like top 1-50 on the server with their champ. I've noticed something. FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, some of the top junglers and ADCs play OVERLY selfishly. Like they will clear a camp or minion wave 5 feet away from you while you are fighting. I'm not talking like 50 feet away, I'm not talking like your teammates have overextended, I'm not talking your teammates picked a bad fight, I'm saying that there is a very convenient fight right in front of you that we 1000000000000% win if you choose to join in at any time. Yet you...chose not to.

Now I kind of get it right. I get that junglers are taught to clear camps before a gank, that ADCs are taught to get lane prio, but cmon if a highly winnable fight is literally right in front of your face and you decide that a cannon minion is more important...that's either just ignorance or horrible macro.
